- Biology Division: M.Sc. in Botany, Zoology, Anthropology (Physical), Biotechnology, or Forensic Science with specialization in the concerned subject.
2. Scientific Officer for Regional Forensic Science Laboratories
- Biology Division: M.Sc. in Botany, Zoology, Anthropology (Physical), Biotechnology, or Forensic Science with specialization in the concerned subject.
- Instrumentation Division: M.Sc. in Physics with Electronics, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Forensic Science with specialization in the concerned subject.

Eligibility Criteria
- Citizenship: Must be an Indian Citizen as defined in Articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India and a Permanent Resident of Assam.
- Domicile: Candidates must upload a copy of a valid Permanent Resident Certificate or Employment Exchange Registration Certificate as proof of residency.
- Age Limit: Candidates should be between 21 to 38 years of age as of 01-01-2025.
