Educational Qualification
Candidates must meet the following discipline-wise educational qualifications:
- Fire Services: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology in Fire Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Automobile Engineering.
- Human Resources: Graduate with an MBA (2 years’ duration) or equivalent with specialization in HRM/HRD/PM&IR/Labour Welfare.
- Official Language: Post-Graduation in Hindi or English with English or Hindi respectively as a subject at the degree level. OR Post-Graduation in any other subject with Hindi and English as compulsory/elective subjects at the degree level. Two years of translation experience (English to Hindi & Hindi to English) in technical/scientific literature is preferred.
